All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 before tax and discounts.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Clearly Impossible Puzzle is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your order or file a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item’s condition so we can assist you.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
